Smoking is only allowed outdoors. There is a strict no smoking policy indoors at any location, including toilets.
Yes, we kindly ask you to respect the neighbors and reduce sound between 11pm and 7am. Also, during other hours please dont blast away with sound and do think about your neighbors. Thank you for your consideration.
Parties are not allowed. For any special events, it is mandatory to inform us before the booking is accepted. If this has not been approved in writing, it is strictly forbidden.

Check in is after 15:00 and check out is no later than 10:00. If other times are needed, please consult with us beforehand, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
The house has a keycode system, and the pre-programmed code will be emailed to you before arrival.
Our house manager will be waiting for you on arrival, show you the house and answer any further questions you may have.
Only room #5 & #6 have wheelchair access. Other parts of the villa have stairs, although the access to the top floor (kitchen and dining) is via 2 steps only.
There is ample free parking space available.

Yes - there is a mesh network thru out the villa, connected to StarLink, giving exceptional high transfer speeds.
Yes, both a washing machine as well as a dryer are available in the laundry room.
Yes, once a week there will be a towel change and a quick cleanup. The timing can be coordinated with our house manager on check-In.
Yes, there is a 4 burner outdoor gas bbq next to the grapevine gazebo.
If needed, we can bring you into contact with various car rental companies. Taxis are available on call.
